Shandong Zhuo Jun Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as ZHUO JUN) is subordinate to Shandong Zhuo Jun Enterprise Management Group Co., Ltd.

ZHUO JUN is headquartered in Block A, Huachuang Guanli Center, east to Jinan Municipal Government. Its production base is located in Shanghe Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province.

ZHUO JUN is the first and only comprehensive manufacturing enterprise, which independently researches, develops and manufactures a series of construction chemical additives, including Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP), Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC), Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and Superplasticizer(SP's) in Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province.

As an environmentally friendly high-tech enterprise, ZHUO JUN’s trusted brands include ZHUOJUN®, HAOLIN® and HAOFENG®. ZHUOJUN® and HAOLIN® are mainly engaged in mortar additives with annual capacity of 15, 000 tons of Redispersible Polymer Powder, 7, 500 tons of Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC), 4, 000 tons of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and 2, 000 tons of Superplasticizer. HAOFENG® is mainly engaged in paint additives with annual capacity of 20, 000 tons.
